HAPPY HALOWEEN 2009-

Haloween was so much fun! Colt had to leave haloween morning at 4 am to go back to work in Nebraska this time so i was sad about that and already miss him like crazy! So i decided to drive down to Provo to spend haloween with my family! It was alot of fun! I went trick or treating with amanda and mom and dad and the boys went to a haloween party at a friends house! it was a good time and i'm so glad i came here to celebrate the holliday! here are a few pics i got!

Week 27 update....

Wow i cant beleive i'm in week 27 already! This pregnancy is flying by so fast! I cant beleive there is only 13 weeks to go now before Connor William arrives into our loving arms! we sure cant wait to meet our precious little boy! I had a doctors appointment 27 weeks and 6 days along and had to do my glucose test and boy was that drink sugary! yuck! but luckily i dont have gestational diabetes! yay! i'm so happy about that! and my urine looks good and nothing is going wrong so far so me and Colt are so glad about that!:-) This pregnancy is going perfect so far and i'm so thankful! Well Connor is already 2 pounds and 14 ounces! i cant beleive it! he's getting so big! And i'm measuring more like im 29 weeks along but they said they wont changet the due date because babies sometimes go through growth spurts then slow down! at least i know he is growing! He had a great heartbeat of 143 beats per minute! i also had to get my rogam shot at this last appointment which went good!
i cant beleive i'm at the point now where i'm gonna go into the doctor every 2 weeks now instead of every 4! its so exciting that its getting closer and closer! Connor is changing so much and growing so much! this week he can now open his eyes open and closed which were fused shut up to this point! its crazy to think that i have a baby growing inside me! i'm very happy and cant wait to be a mom! here are 2 pics of 27 weeks along!

A Fun time in Kemmerer

Last weekend we were able to go up to Kemmerer Whyoming and Visit Brittney, Jake and our neice and nephew Makenna and Kaleb! it was so much fun! Its so fun to see how much they are growing and learning! It seems like Brittney just had Kaleb and he's already 7 months old! and i cant beleive Makenna will be 3 in December! We got in some cute pics with the kids! here are some cute ones:

24 week update...

Well Connor is doing fantastic at 24 weeks! I dont know if i have mentioned this in any of the past blog posts but we decided to name our baby boy Connor William Ochsenbein:-) Me and Colt love that name and we are both so exctied to have a Connor in our famliy! We cant wait! Everything is still going great and he is moving and active alot now! Its so weird but amazing to feel a baby move inside you! Its probably the coolest thing in the world! I love it! And Colt has been able to feel Connor move a few times which he gets really excited about!:-) Its so crazy to think that there is another life growing inside of me.... its amazing!
I have started taking some Lamaze classes at the hospital and i'm loving the class so far! its great for knowing how to be relaxed and calm and informed on childbirth and its very interactive with your husband which i love because Colt wants to be involved with the labor and delivery as much as he can be which i love! At the end of the month i am going to start taking a delivery and childbirth class also at the hospital and i'm very exctied about that and i cant wait to be more informed on the labor process.... I think its very important to be informed as much as you can on the labor process because then it will help to be more calm and confident on whats going on! I'm constantly reading my many books i have on labor and pregnancy and development! i just want everything to go smoothly and as perfect as it can go for my baby and me. I cant wait to be a mom and i'm so exctied as weeks pass by and it gets closer and closer to the time of my due date! only 3 and a half months now! WOW its going by fast.......

I was able to hang out with some of my girl friends Meredeth and Bree! it was so much fun to have some girl time! They live in Provo where my momma lives so while i was up there last weekend i was able to hang out with them one night! we went on a night ski lift for about a half hour and just had a tour of the ski sight! it was up in Sundance Ski Resort and it was pretty at night! we had a blast! Then we went to Village Inn after for Dinner and it was yummy!:-)

When Colt was home this week we were able to go up to Lehi Utah where his parents live and go and visit! Brittney and Jake also were able to come up with Makenna and Kaleb and it was so fun to see our neice and nephew! i cant beleive how big there getting and how much there growing.. Kaleb is 6 months already and makenna is going to be 3 in December! it was so much fun to get some pics with them and spend time with them... its so hard to imagine that in only a few more months were gonna have a baby boy of our own! its going to be amazing:-) here are some cute pics we were able to take...

A fun camping trip

Last weekend when Colt got home we had a blast going up to the canyon and making up a campfire with a few friends and doing smores! It was such a fun time! This summer we havent went camping as much as we should have! It seems like the summer just swep past us too fast! We went with our friends Jessica and Kevin Muir and our Cousin Jeremy and his date... it was way fun! here are a few pics i got!
